Our pet-friendly home is centrally located in walkable University Heights. Less than a block from Mystic Mocha coffee, the location is also quiet and cozy, with great neighbors and nearby parks. Shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and nightlife along Park Boulevard, Adams Avenue, and El Cajon Boulevard are just a short walk away. Some of our favorite nearby spots include Pop Pie, Stella Jean's Ice Cream, and Madison Fine Dining, as well as the green space of Trolley Barn Park and the beautifully refurbished Lafayette Hotel.
All utilities and services are included in the rent: water, electricity, gas, trash, recycling, and compost. High-speed internet is also provided; however, if a different tier of service is required, tenants are welcome to set up a private account at their own expense. Residents have access to a courtyard located behind the property, which is a shared space with the rear ADU.
