About this apartment rental
Ideally located at the foot of the slopes, and offering a superb view of the mountains, this fully equipped studio cabin is very functional and comfortable for 2, 3 or 4 people.

On the 4th floor with elevator, the accommodations are composed as follows:
- a living room with fully equipped open kitchen
- 1 double sofa bed (140x190)
a bathroom with bath/shower, WC
- a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds (70x190)
- storage space.
Free parking in front of the building.
An individual ski locker is available to tenants: skis and boots are forbidden inside the building and, of course, in the apartment.
2 steps from amenities (mini-market/grocery store, tourist office, ski rentals and schools, restaurants), leisure activities (Nordic baths/sauna, summer swimming pool, playground) and gondola lift for Ax les Thermes (winter season and July/August).PGJyPg
Ski resort in winter, the Ax ski area is spread over 3 sectors:
- Bonascre (between 1400 and 2000 meters above sea level),
- le Saquet (between 1800 and 2300 meters) - Les Campels which gives access to the highest point of the area at 2400 meters above sea level.
In summer, the Bonascre plateau and the Saquet plateau, accessible by chairlift, offer various activities: Swimming pool, hiking, mountain biking, sports fields, playground and fun activities for children.
Accessible in 12 minutes from Ax-les-Thermes, in 1 hour 45 minutes from Toulouse, and 50 minutes from Andorra.
Ax les Thermes SNCF train station at 9km.

🤝 The apartment is managed in collaboration with La Conciergerie de Bonascre who will take care of welcoming you and doing his best to make your holiday as pleasant as possible.
The studio is clean and maintained to receive you in the best conditions. It is up to you to do the same for your stay and that of the following ones...
The cleaning is therefore to be done by you or to take the cleaning service at your own expense from the concierge service.
Other remarks:
Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) and household linen (towels, dish towels) are not provided. You must therefore bring them or take the service offered by the concierge service at your own expense.
A complete guide to the apartment, including all the available equipment, will be given to you when you book.
The Bonascre Concierge and I remain available throughout your stay to assist you or answer your questions.
