About this apartment rental
Dog Friendly- One pet, 40 pounds or less, is included with a reservation once you have checked the box that states you are traveling with pets. A 2nd pet, 40 pounds or less, can be added after Labor Day until Memorial Day upon request for an additional $100 pet fee. Make sure you notify us to let us know that you will be bringing a 2nd pet so we can adjust the pricing after the reservation is made. Please note that the HOA rules are from Memorial Day to Labor Day 1 pet 40 pounds or less is allowed. Labor Day until Memorial Day 2 pets 40 pounds or less are allowed. This is a HOA rule so we cannot alter this policy. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules:
• Dogs only, no other pets allowed
• Pets can not be left on the balcony unattended.
• No aggressive pets are allowed
• Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the unit.
• Orange Beach does not allow pets on the beach.

2. No Smoking in the condo or on the balcony.
3. 1 pet 40 pounds or less from Memorial Day to Labor Day; 2 pets 40 pounds or less from Labor Day until Memorial Day. This is a HOA rule that I can not alter.
4. No parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Minimum Age of Primary Renter: 25 years old (No third-party bookings allowed)
6. Parking passes must be pre-purchased. You will receive a link via email. (limit 1).
Starter Supplies Provided:
To get you started, a starter kit is provided, including:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
1 bar of hand soap in each bathroom
1 dishwasher tablet
1 trash bag in each can
1 laundry detergent tablet
**Important Procedures and Policies:**
*** Cancellation Policy*** In the event of a cancellation the percentage of refund stated on our cancellation policy is reflective of the amount we receive, credit card transaction fees are not refunded for any reason.
* **Rental Agreement and Guest List:** After booking, you will receive an email requesting your e-signature on the rental agreement and a guest list. A copy of the primary renter's driver's license is required for completion. Check-in information will not be released until we have an esigned rental agreement on file. Reservations that do not complete the rental agreement within 24 hours may result in cancellation upon or discretion.
* **Security Deposit:** A security deposit hold will be placed on your card three days prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will not be sent until the hold is successfully placed 3 days before check in. Security deposit hold amount is different for each property but the amount will be listed on the checkout page.
* **Check-In:** A contactless check-in is offered. Your door code and instructions will be emailed three days prior to arrival, provided all necessary information has been submitted.
* **Minimum Age and Bookings:** The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Third-party bookings are not permitted.

Terry was great to work with. He kept in touch and promptly answered all my questions. The only thing we thought could be improved was the cleanliness of the unit. The floors were dirty and turned our feet and shoes black on the bottom, we had to vacuum and mop ourselves. The exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn't work. There was long black hair on the back of the bathroom door. The refrigerator had loose brackets on both the freezer and refrigerator door, one of our group gouged their toe on it. The sliding door to the patio was so dirty we didn't want to touch it. The furniture needs to be cleaned. The location is great with beach access and views on the back side and shopping out the front.

Our experience was great! I was a nice condo that included everything we needed. Condo was clean and view was great. Everything could be viewed from the balconies.
