The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating, available in both the main area and the bathroom. It also features a TV and a table that can be used for dining or as a workspace.
The bathroom is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, drying rack, and iron. The building has an elevator accessible with a dedicated key.

GETTING AROUND
The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to major public transport options. The M5 Isola metro station is just a few minutes’ walk away and provides quick access to areas such as Garibaldi, Duomo, and San Siro. The Zara station, served by both M3 and M5 lines, is also easily reachable and offers a direct connection to the Duomo and Central Station.
Bus and tram stops, including Piazzale Lagosta, are also nearby. Milano Centrale can be reached in about ten minutes by metro, while Porta Garibaldi station is easily accessible and connects both regional and national routes.
Linate Airport can be reached by taxi or a combination of public transport, while Malpensa Airport is connected via the Malpensa Express from Centrale or Porta Garibaldi.
Orio al Serio Airport is served by shuttle buses departing from Milano Centrale.
