About this apartment rental
This 140 m² apartment, which was newly and modernly renovated in 2025 to be barrier-free, is located right on the edge of the forest in the small, green neighborhood of Furpach in Neunkirchen and is certified with four stars.
It features a large bedroom, a children’s room with bunk beds, a large living room with two comfortable sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, an infrared sauna, a spacious hallway, a guest restroom, a modern bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible shower, and a lounge area with access to the garden. It can accommodate up to four adults and three children who all know each other well (we do not rent to two groups of strangers!).

Bedroom with a double bed featuring an anti-allergy mattress and adjustable slatted frames, two nightstands, a large wardrobe, three dressers, shelves, and shoe storage.
Children’s room with bunk beds; the bottom bunk measures 1.4 m x 2 m. Two shelves and a small bench.
Fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen table and four chairs. A ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee (pod) machine, electric kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware, cookware, glasses, and cups are also included in the available furnishings.
The guest bathroom contains a washing machine and a dryer.
The living room is furnished with two sofa beds, each of which can be unfolded to create a sleeping area measuring 1.4 x 2 m. The living room table can be divided into two smaller tables that can be placed in front of the sofas to serve as laptop or storage stations. There is a small seating area with space for two to three people, as well as a large flat-screen TV with satellite reception.
In another small room, which serves as an entryway to the bathroom, there is an infrared sauna; in front of it is a small couch that invites you to relax.
The spa-like bathroom is equipped with a wheelchair-accessible shower (1.5x1.5m) and a wheelchair-accessible sink area. The shower fixture has numerous functions.
The hallway is spacious and bright, with a coat closet and a place to sit. The floors are tiled and laminate, and the apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family home with direct, level access to the garden. There is one step to negotiate at the main entrance to the apartment. For wheelchair users, we have a foldable ramp on site.
A parking space for a car or an RV is available. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a wallbox.
The garden features an adjustable, partially covered lounge area with lightweight rattan furniture. A gas grill is available for use.
The garden itself is naturally landscaped and features a small pond with goldfish.
Our amenities include:
One large and one small towel per person, hotel slippers, bed linens, a hair dryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish towels, dishcloths, dish sponge, salt and pepper mills, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and a clothes drying rack
For the first day: coffee pods and tea bags, as well as coffee creamer, sugar, and sweetener.
We provide one bottle of water per person in the refrigerator.

Unfortunately, we do not rent to guests who bring pets—even though we love animals ourselves. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. However, an ashtray is available in the lounge area.
