Vacation apartment/apartment for 2 guests with 49m² in Wyk (310319)

Modern and ideally located on Sandwall in Wyk, the Norderaue warmly welcomes two guests. In just a few steps, you’ll be right in the heart of downtown and, of course, at the popular Föhr beach.
Centrally located yet quiet, set back a block from the Sandwall, our tastefully furnished Norderaue vacation apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from Wyk’s downtown area with its small, charming shops, cozy cafés, and welcoming restaurants, the Aqua Föhr seawater wave pool, and, of course, the North Sea. In the summer, the fine-sand beach and the Wadden Sea with its tides invite you to enjoy a wide variety of excursions—whether it’s a day of swimming and relaxing on the beach or exploring the habitat of many animal species on a mudflat hike. The Norderaue is a charming ground-floor apartment for 2 people (minimum age 6 years). With great attention to detail, the owners have created a cozy retreat here. The spacious living-bedroom, featuring a high-quality double fold-out bed (160 x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a modern dining set, is the perfect place to unwind. From here, you can step out onto the wind-protected terrace, which features patio furniture and an awning. The apartment also features a separate bedroom with a lighted closet and a single bed (90 x 200 cm), as well as a modern bathroom with heated floors and a window, a walk-in shower (approx. 5 cm step) and a grab bar. The kitchen, cleverly integrated into the hallway area and equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, is very well-equipped. Enjoy a wonderful vacation on Föhr at and in the Norderaue. We look forward to your visit!
