We have stayed here four times now over the last couple months while working on a project. This Holiday inn is relatively new. And generally the facilities and rooms are in decent shape. This should make for a no-brainer good price comfortable and clean place to stay. However, it doesn't. The breakfast is amongst the worst in this category. Worse however is the cleaning. The rooms are uncarpeted. Which should be easy to clean. But they are filthy. Walk around and bare feet and then look at your feet and see. Gross. Parts of the bathroom are not cleaned properly. This last day there was Coke can under the bed in plain sight from the side. How was that missed? Worse, there was a previous guest's dirty clothes in the closet. At most they change the sheets from the previous guest. But it is hard to have confidence in that after looking at the rest of the room. This is clearly a local management and staff issue. They're going to ruin a decent facility very fast.
