About this apartment rental
The Matthias-Petersen-Haus is located on the outskirts of Wyk on Haidweg and offers its guests shared access to a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a small fitness room, a sauna, and a sunbathing area with a swing set and a barbecue area.
The Matthias-Petersen-Haus, with 30 residential units, is located on the outskirts of Wyk. Ground-floor apartment number 1 is perfect for 2–4 people to enjoy a wonderful vacation. All rooms are accessible from the hallway. The bright living-dining area, equipped with Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a DVD and VCR player, and a small selection of books, feels cozy and inviting thanks to its many nautical accents. The new sleeper sofa with storage (1.70 x 190 cm) provides sleeping accommodations for a third and fourth person. From the living room, you can step out onto the covered, sheltered balcony and relax as the day comes to a close. The bright bathroom with a shower and heated towel rack is functional, as is the separate, open kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The separate bedroom, featuring a spacious closet, a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and a window, ensures restful sleep. Enjoy a relaxing vacation! The house itself has a shared parking area and a large lawn with a barbecue shelter and grill. Bicycle racks are available. In the basement of the house—which you can reach by elevator or stairs—you’ll find a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer (for a fee), and clothesline, as well as a variety of recreational options. For example, you can work out for free in the small fitness room. The communal sauna (for a fee) offers a chance to relax; you can reserve your preferred time slot on a sign-up sheet. The bakery and the bus stop are within walking distance, and the South Beach beckons with beautiful views.
