2 BR beachfront condo in the Victorian Residence only 5-minute drive to Cabarete beach. This charming condo features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms, and 2 modern bathrooms. Enjoy stunning ocean views from your private balcony, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening cocktail.
Situated in a tranquil area, offers direct access to the beach, making it ideal for wind- and kitesurfing enthusiasts.
Enjoy the vibrant nightlife of Cabarete, with numerous restaurants, beach sports, as well as bars, nightclubs, fitness centers, banks, and more.
Just a short drive from the apartment, you'll find the cozy Ali's Surf Camp restaurant, located in ProCab right by the lagoon.
In the center of Cabarete, there are charming breakfast spots like Panaderia Dick or Restaurant Friends, where you can enjoy incredibly delicious coffee and fresh pastries.
For your shopping needs, Janet Supermarket is located at the entrance of Cabarete, just a 3-minute drive from the apartment.
For stays longer than 10 days, a bi-weekly cleaning service fee of USD $50 applies, in addition to a deep cleaning fee at checkout. The service includes replacement of bed linens and towels, and thorough cleaning of floors, bathrooms, living room, and kitchen.
Please also note that electricity consumption is charged separately and is not included in the rental price. Usage is billed based on the meter reading.
