"You will not regret your stay here! Our hosts were beyond accommodating with the various questions we had about random things during our stay! The location was a lovely and quiet neighborhood and there was plenty of space for our group of 8! We had all we needed to tuck in for the week and make it a home away from home. Close driving proximity to many beaches and sights. Pool and lanai were beautiful and had lots of space for our group to enjoy al fresco meals. The main bedroom and bath are so relaxing and well appointed. This stay was a great retreat with each in our group having a nice private area when desired.

* We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere by keeping noise levels down from 10PM to 8AM.

* To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes.

* No parties or events are allowed on the property to maintain the peaceful environment around.

In case of any damage or mess caused during your stay, penalties may apply.

No smoking inside the house of any kind.
Quiet Hours between 10 pm and 7 am. We ask you to please be mindful and courteous to our neighbors during your stay.
Security deposit in the amount may be requested upon check-in via the Airbnb resolution center and released at the check-out date. Additional charges will be withheld from the security deposit if deep cleaning will be required after check out and in the case of any damages at the property.

House Rules

We ask that you treat the property as if it was your own property. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us to let us know. We also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as we have a close relationship with our neighbors and do not want to cause any problems. Please no loud music or disturbances. Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules. We want to mention that first so you are aware.
Children are welcome here! however - please keep your children safe. Home is not childproofed.

1. Check-in /Check-Out:
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Unless otherwise approved by your host. All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked.
Check out process: When you check out, please make sure all doors are locked and secured, and that the house looks reasonably neat- like the way it was found. We do not expect you to scrub it clean it but it must be reasonably “picked up” and furniture placed as it was at check-in.
*Make sure to collect all personal belongings. Check all closets, drawers, washer/ dryer. We are not responsible for any items left behind.

2. Swimming Pool/Jacuzzi:
Please do not use glass in the pool area, all necessary plastic utensils can be found inside kitchen cabinets.
Weekly pool cleaning is performed by an independent service any time between Tuesdays and Thursdays without notice. Pool cleaners enter the property through side gates, all service providers will respect your privacy while delivering professional service.
Swim at your own risk while utilizing the swimming pool and pool area. You will assume all responsibility for the safety of yourself and minors.

3. Parties or Events:
We do not allow parties, loud gatherings, or events of any sort to be held on the property. Only authorized guests are to be in the house and around the pool area. Music must be kept to a non-disturbing level. NO BIG EVENTS OR PARTIES! Please be sure that extra guests leave by 12am. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Please understand that any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your entire deposit and or payment and immediate vacation of the property.

4. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests is limited to the number indicated in the listing. It is very important that the maximum occupancy rule is not violated due to city ordinances. This can result in hefty city fines for which guests will be responsible.

5. Unauthorized Guests: We do not mind if you have a few guests over for a visit during daytime hours however please do not allow extra guests to sleep at the house unless previously agreed upon when you booked the rental.

6. Attention:
Welcome to our renovated home! Please note that some areas have small steps within the same room. We encourage you to watch your step to ensure a safe visit. Enjoy your stay!

7. Security:
The property is equipped with security cameras capable of recording and sending video, audio or still images. Such devices are located on the exterior of the property for security reasons. It is prohibited to install recording devices in the interior of a rental property.

8. Pets:
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS! We do not allow pets of any sort.

9. Smoking:
There is to be NO SMOKING inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio or outside of the home. Please utilize ashtrays - do not toss butts in the patio or grass.

10. Trash:
All trash are to be bagged and put in waste bins provided. You will find trash bags under the kitchen sink. When the trash can is full, please remove the trash bag and take it to the trash bins. Please make sure all small trash cans have a bag liner before putting...
