As per building policy, ALL guests over the age of 18 must provide a government issued ID upon booking.

The guest completing the booking must complete a background check through our secure 3rd party screening system.



• No pets (building policy) Unauthorized pets will be subject to a $300 dollar clean fee.

• No Smoking. Subject to $500 fee
