The Space:
Enjoy a cozy apartment in the heart of Roma Norte, one of Mexico City’s most vibrant neighborhoods. The space features one bedroom with a double bed and one full bathroom, perfect for solo travelers or couples. The apartment combines high-quality materials and modern finishes, designed to offer both comfort and style during your stay.
You’ll also have access to the rooftop garden, where you can relax, host a BBQ on the grill, or enjoy a movie night under the stars, just a short walk upstairs.
For security reasons some bookings will be welcomed in person as we need to be sure the person that books is staying
Guest Access:
The apartment offers self check-in with a smart electronic lock, so you can arrive at any time that suits you best—no stress, no waiting.
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment. The ID of every adult on the reservation is required at least one day before arrival.
Other Things to Note:
**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).
*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy during their stay, but we’re available 7 days a week if needed. Just send us a message. Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.
