Experience Palm Springs in style at this modern 3-bedroom home with a private pool, hot tub, and spacious backyard. Sleeps up to 6 with a super King master, two Queen bedrooms, pull-out couch, and extra twin. Enjoy central A/C, a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, full kitchen, BBQ, pool table, and three-car parking. Perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or exploring the area. Just minutes from downtown, this home is your perfect desert retreat for family or friends!
Perfectly situated for your getaway, the property is just a quick 9-minute drive from the Palm Springs Surf Club.
Important Notes:
Mandatory Maintenance that must occur on the following days:
1) The Gardener does maintenance on Wednesdays
2) The Pool maintenance occurs Tuesdays and Fridays
3) Garbage collection is Thursday
As part of our Palm Spring Vacation Rental, all guests must sign a contract and agreed to read and obey all rules and regulations in the neighbourhood brochure in the green binder. If a complaint is received the guest will be fined.
Please no outside music and partying whatsoever. Read green binder carefully.
Please turn the lights, heat and/or air conditioner off when not at home.
Kitchen usage, when using kitchen items (pots, pans, utensils, etc.), it is important to return the items used to the exact spot items were found.
Other notes:
Heat/A/C Situation – Set to 77 F during your stay and set to 80 F when leaving. (in summer only)
Spa control – Spa/start and stop instructions on wall by pool/spa equipment area.
Bbq on/off – (Gas Value – 180 degrees = open, 90 degrees +/- = closed) Leave closed please.
TV and Components – Refer to posting near living room TV
Vertical Blinds – Be very careful opening and closing blinds. (2 sets in living room, 1 set in master bedroom.) Make sure blinds are in the open position when opening and closing.
Ensure umbrellas closed when you are not in backyard. Do not leave open.
Parking – If you have more than 3 cars in your group, please have extra cars park on road in front of home. Our Palm Springs license regulations only permit 3 cars on the driveway.
Utility costs are expensive so please be efficient to ensure costs are not high. If they are there will be extra fees charged at the end of your stay.
DEPARTURE NOTES DEPARTURE BY 11:00 AM
1. Strip beds of sheets and pillowcases. Gather used towels and put in washer/dryer area.
2. Put all correct remote controls back by the TV’s. Ensure all TV’s are plugged in and setup as found. The TV’s must be fully working. If not extra set up fees will have to be paid.
3. Put lighter back for fireplace.
4. Turn A/C to 80 F at thermostat. (summer only) Turn lights off except for one living room light.
5. Ensure the fireplace is off, and all other appliances are off. BBQ off! Gas line in off position.
6. Lock all sliding doors and front door.
7. Any questions or further information a quick text or phone call is not a problem. Please contact me via text upon departure if needed.
8. Put key back in lock box.
