The living room features a sofa bed (sleeps 2), an air hockey table, and a 55` wall-mounted smart TV.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, while the upstairs has two bedrooms. One bedroom includes a queen bed, a single bed, and a single futon-style sofa bed (linens and pillows supplied). The other bedroom has three single beds and another single futon-style sofa bed (linens and pillows supplied).
There are 1.5 bathrooms stocked with your essentials.
For families with little ones, we provide a travel-style crib with linens and a blanket.
The front yard is fenced off, making it safe for children.

➤ Our outdoor pool is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please note it`s not a saltwater pool and is not heated.
➤ 10 Pool towels are supplied for use with the pool. Please keep them clean from outside dirt where possible.
➤ Due to the quiet neighborhood, please keep noise levels to a respectable volume.
➤ Due to township regulations, a maximum of 3 vehicles is permitted on the property at any time. Please do not bring more than 3 cars, as any additional vehicles will need to be removed during your stay. We also ask that guests avoid blocking neighboring driveways or access areas. ➤ Charge up with ease! Our universal 240V EV charger supports all electric vehicles, including Teslas, with up to 32 amps—perfect for keeping you powered up during your stay.

➣ Pets are not permitted on the property under any circumstances. Violation of this rule will result in a $400 per day fee and immediate eviction from the property.
➣ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information
➣ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
➣ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
➣ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $250 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed
➣ There cannot be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Unauthorized guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be charged $50 per night, per extra guest. No groups larger than 10 guests without permission.
➣ No children climbing on railings. Children must be supervised at all times outdoors.
➣ Hot tub rules:
● No children under 6 years old in hot tub.
● Do not enter the hot tub if it is not sanitary, advise us immediately so it can be cleaned.
● Guests are required to shower before entering the hot tub. If the hot tub is found cloudy, dirty, or contaminated at check-out due to guest use, requiring draining, cleaning, or rebalancing, a $325 fee will be charged.
● No alcoholic beverages or food in hot tub.

● No Diving: Our pool is great for a swim but not deep enough for diving, so please keep it safe and fun with no diving.
● Supervision Required for Children: Little swimmers need an adult buddy. Make sure there`s always an adult supervising the fun.
● No Glass in Pool Area: Let`s keep it shatter-free. Please use plastic cups and bottles around the pool to keep toes and tails safe.
● Walk, Don’t Run: No speedy feet around the wet edges—let’s keep it slip-free and safe.
● No DIY Chemistry: Please don’t add anything to the water—no salt, no chemicals.
➣ For your safety, please do not use the sauna or cold plunge while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Using these amenities while intoxicated can pose serious health risks. This rule is in place to protect you and ensure a safe experience for everyone.
➣ Owner & property maintenance is not responsible of accidents!
➣ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them

The property was well kept. The sauna, cold plunge, hot tub and pool were all clean and used every day! We also loved the kayaks for the pond the Blackstone and the fire pit! (Always stocked with fire wood!) The front porch didn’t get any love in the reviews either but we loved it! The only cons were the indoor shower as well as the outdoor shower weren’t very hot. Our host was very accommodating as well. You have to check out dogwoods tavern for great bar food, railroad diner for breakfast. Sugar shaker for coffee, smiths candy shop and of course the local farm stands!

This place is phenomenal. We had to find somewhere to stay as we were a family of 7 going to Hershey and wanted to stay close but not too close. We booked and Jacob made sure to message us every so often before our trip to make sure the pre booking was ok. When we arrived the location was above my expectations. Very clean and in a very beautiful location. Small pond with 2 kayaks, playground for children, working (and clean) hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, firepit, and pool all on the property. Very nice fenced in front yard. Backyard is open but plenty of ample space for my small dachshund to run around. House was spacious enough for my family of 7. Enough bathing towels and pool towels. Plenty of pots and pans for us to cook with. Washer and dryer worked perfectly and we did keep up with the laundry for him. Jacob was an AMAZING host. He was friendly and helped with whatever we needed. He stays on the property with his 2 dogs but we barely seen him unless we needed him. He left lots of things for us to do around the area in pamphlets on the table. Plenty of pillows and blankets to accommodate us. There’s nothing else I can say to describe the great time we had there!

It was lovely and peaceful. It wasn't a high class, high tech rental but it had high quality appliances and amenities. The price was cheap and the house fit what we wanted perfectly for a 3 day getaway. Cute, quiet, peaceful, and cozy. It was cold, probably under 30 the entire stay. We enjoyed the hot tub many times. We will definitely return this summer to enjoy the pool and pond.

The whole process from booking, checking in/out was very simple. The management team had make a welcome guide (emailed) for us of local sites and businesses. Which was VERY helpful . We totally enjoyed our time, hot tub was perfect even with temps in the low 30's. Definitely considering booking again when the weather is warmer, so we can use the pool!!
