On the main level, this waterfront home features two comfortable living areas with stunning lake views, a dining space, a fully equipped chefs kitchen, a dedicated office for remote work, a primary bedroom, a half bathroom, screened-in porch, and a laundry room with access to the backyard.

On this floor, large windows offer panoramic lake views, and sliding doors open to a spacious deck and screened porch overlooking Lake Gaston.

You can choose to live on one level during stay, if desired, stairs to lower level rooms are optional.

The lower level includes a second living area, a dining area, and a kitchenette with a second refrigerator, all opening to a covered patio with direct access to the lake. This level offers two lakefront bedrooms, a bunk room, and an additional bedroom-ideal for families or groups.

Full access of the house will be given to renters except from Owner's closet.

Other considerations to keep in mind:

- Minimum age to rent is 25 yo

- No events allowed

- No smoking inside the home. $500+ fee will result from smoking.

- Gas fireplaces are not available for use.

- Boats and personal water crafts are privately owned boats and are not included in the rental.

- There is a boat tie up on both sides of the dock with a bumper guard on the dock. You still need to use bumpers to protect your boat. Please bring your own or confirm with rental company.

- Outside cameras at the front, back, and the boat dock. Absolutely nothing in the house.

- There are no shared spaces-the property is exclusively yours during your stay. We also provide ample parking for multiple vehicles.

- The house, like most lake homes, uses a septic system. Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing only toilet paper. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

- We have full-time neighbors, so renters will need to be respectful of noise during their stay.

- We have a boat and two PWC and according lifts that should not be utilized by guests. We ask that you please stay off of these and there will be a fine if damaged.

- We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap.

- All trash is to be taken to the two large trash cans we provide to guests. Any trash remaining in home will be charged per bag for removal.
