Beautiful house located in Davenport in a very exclusive golf community, 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs, 3 full bathrooms, maximum occupancy 10 people. Beautiful swimming pool with jacuzzi, covered garage for one car and parking for 2 cars in front of the house.

The large outdoor screened-in patio area boasts a generous private pool (optional heating available) and looks out onto the stunning green conservation area. You’ll be able to maintain your privacy while sunbathing or swimming due to the screening around the pool area. If you’re looking for some cover from the sun, there’s an area for up to four people to sit around under the lanai. Fancy getting some sun? Sunbathe on one of the comfy sun loungers around the pool.
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.
Community Description
Highlands Reserve is a mixed golf community that sits on SR27 and is less than 10 miles from Disney world. The community is made up of both residential and short-term rental homes ranging from 3-6 bedrooms, the community is built and was designed around the golf course, so some homes have gorgeous golf course views. The community also has a children’s play lot, tennis courts and, of course, the golf course, practice area and small clubhouse. The golf course itself is very well known and was designed to be tree lined and undulating it was based on some of the Scottish golf courses with spacious fairways and large but very difficult greens. When you book one of the homes to stay in on vacation you get discounts for playing the golf course.
