Orlando Family Escape is a comfortable 3-bedroom home in beautiful Lake Berkley Resort. Upstairs includes 2 full bathrooms, 2 king bedrooms, and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. Downstairs offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room, washer, dryer, and bathroom. Linens, towels, free parking for 2 cars, and resort access are included. Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld are about 20–25 minutes away. Free package delivery is available.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking inside the property. A $250 cleaning and deodorizing fee may apply if smoking occurs inside the home.
No parties or events are allowed.
No pets are allowed unless previously approved in writing.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
