About this house rental
Nestled in The Willows section of Menlo Park, this house offers a light-filled retreat in a quiet, leafy, established neighborhood in a great location.
This is our home, which is available when we are away. As such, it's equipped and furnished much better than most houses that are permanently rented short-term.
The house:
With 1550 sq feet, there’s plenty of room to relax or work. The house has three comfortable bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a queen bed, closet, large armoire dresser and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, chest of drawers, and large desk. The third bedroom is set up as an office, but has a futon that's convertible to a twin bed. The two bathrooms each have a shower, and one has a bathtub; both are outfitted with towels, toiletries, and hair dryers. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining and living rooms have lots of windows looking out on the back yard, as well as a skylight. There is a garden for outdoor meals, a Weber BBQ, a working fireplace, a washer and dryer, and hardwood floors throughout. We have convenient off-street parking for two cars, and the house has a burglar alarm if you go away overnight.

Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this home provides both comfort and convenience. Located in Silicon Valley, it's just an 11-minute drive to Stanford or Meta. It's a short walk to a nice grocery store, or an 8-minute drive to a large supermarket and downtown Menlo Park or Palo Alto. It's 5 minutes from the freeway, for an easy trip to San Francisco or the beach, or a weekend in the Wine Country. Or just enjoy your time in beautiful Menlo Park, with its many restaurants and outdoor activities, including hiking and biking.
Cost:
Price includes all utilities, cable, Internet, gardener, and bi-weekly cleaning. Available March 14 - June 30, two month minimum. $5,000 security deposit, or purchase the damage insurance.
