Cocoonr offers this charming 72 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view for rent in Cannes, 200 metres from the beach. It can accommodate up to 3 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom and a 20 m² terrace. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
You'll find :
- A living room with TV and a single bed that can be converted into a sofa during the day.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a height-adjustable electric desk, ideal for working
- A bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
Outside:
- A 2 m² balcony overlooking a garden belonging to the co-owners and accessible to travellers.
- A 20 m² terrace with sea views, equipped with an outdoor sofa that converts into a deckchair and armchairs to enjoy the warm weather.
- A wooded park is available within the residence.
The flat is ideally located in Cannes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as restaurants, caterers, bakeries, etc.
Activities :
Cycle paths allow you to cycle to Golfe Juan, or to the Croisette.
In summer: kayaks, pedalos, catamarans, windsurfers, e-foils, etc. for hire.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Cannes 3 kilometres.
There is a bus stop 200 metres from the station.
- Nearest airport: Nice 25 kilometres.
From the airport, a bus stop is located at the foot of the residence.
