Welcome to this charming cottage located in Penmarch, in the countryside, in a very quiet environment, just 1.5 km from Pors Carn beach and 3 km from La Torche point, a must-visit spot for surf enthusiasts. Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 2 travellers. You will appreciate its large unfenced garden with garden furniture and a private area to enjoy your meals outdoors. The rest of the garden is shared with the adjacent cottage, respecting everyone's tranquillity.
For group stays, the adjoining gîte can be rented as a supplement, subject to availability (REF: hoomy12631)
Pass through the door and discover a beautiful living space with access to the garden. The open kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and ceramic hob), offers you everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster and two coffee makers (one filter and one capsule) are also available. Share your meals around the indoor table or enjoy the outdoor table on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the bench facing the television.
The accommodation has a bedroom upstairs, it has two single beds (90x190cm) placed close together forming a King Size bed, a storage shelf and a desk.
The accommodation has a bathroom with a shower and an independent toilet, both on the ground floor.
You will benefit from a private outdoor parking allowing you to park up to two vehicles.
