About this villa rental
Welcome to our "casellu"! We welcome you to our small holiday home, in the "Les Sables de Biguglia" housing development. Ideal for resting with your family, enjoying the beach and the beautiful Corsican sun!
This 44m² fully air-conditioned accommodations are composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room opening onto the terrace with sofa bed for 2 children or an adult, television.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: stove, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender.
- Dining table for 4 people
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen size bed (160×200), dressing room, view of the garden and housing development. An extra single bed for a child.
Outside:
- A 55 m² garden
- A terrace with garden furniture for 4 people
- Sun loungers
The accommodations are located in Borgo, in the housing development "Les Sables de Biguglia" (North entrance). The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away.
You will find nearby: Paillote Le Belvédère, nautical club, Leclerc express supermarket, bakery, tobacconist, bar, brasserie, pizzeria.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car (recommended), you can park in the public parking spaces within the residence secured by a code barrier.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Commercial port: Bastia at 14 km (about 18 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Bastia Poretta at 12 km (about 13 minutes by car)
- Sheets and towels included.
- Wi-Fi is not included but it is possible to rent a 5G box from our concierge (30€ per week, 200 Giga)
- Air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Baby equipment rental available on Reservation: high chair (10€/week), cot (20€/week).
- The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival outside the indicated hours is subject to the availability of the concierge service.
