Nestled on the tip of the Trogir peninsula, near the charming town of Trogir and only 30 km from Split, Drvenik is a small, untouched, eco-friendly village that feels almost like a Robinson Crusoe paradise. Our house is located right on the sea, just 40 meters from the shoreline, offering direct access to a beautiful pebble beach with perfectly clean water. The property is a historic home dating back 40 years, recently renovated with care and respect for tradition. In fact, the house was inherited from my ancestors, tracing all the way back to my great-great-grandfather, who was a captain. We lovingly restored the house using only the finest materials, preserving its historic character, cultural value, and charm while providing every modern comfort for our guests.

The house is two stories and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and relaxation. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, and a complete bathroom. The living space opens directly to the outdoor terrace, which offers panoramic sea views and a perfect place to unwind, enjoy meals, or socialize.

Upstairs, the house has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature king-size beds and share access to a spacious balcony overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and the gentle sounds of the waves. The third bedroom has a single bed and opens onto a private balcony with views of the surrounding forest, offering a quiet retreat for one guest. There is also a second full bathroom upstairs, making the house ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy.

The outdoor spaces are designed for leisure and enjoyment. The main terrace measures 40 m² and features garden furniture, perfect for sunbathing, dining, or simply soaking in the breathtaking views. At the entrance to the house, there is an additional outdoor dining area with a stove and a large refrigerator, making it easy to prepare meals outdoors and enjoy al fresco dining in the fresh sea air.

Drvenik does not have a standard municipal water supply, but we provide our guests with drinking water from our own cistern, which is regularly tested and certified to meet all safety standards. This ensures that every guest has access to high-quality, safe drinking water during their stay.

Parking is available approximately a 10-minute walk from the house along a gravel road, encouraging guests to enjoy light exercise while taking in the fresh air and stunning surroundings. The house is easily accessible from Trogir via ferry, which runs several times daily. From the ferry port, it’s only a gentle 10-minute walk to the house, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the beauty of the village immediately upon arrival.

The village center of Drvenik offers convenient amenities, including a shop, bakery, restaurants, pizzerias, and a post office. On the other side of the island, the world-famous Blue Lagoon awaits, featuring additional restaurants, cafes, and beach bars. Despite its proximity to these attractions, Drvenik remains one of the most peaceful and unspoiled destinations in the area, offering guests private beaches, pristine waters, and the feeling of being in a truly untouched part of Croatia.
