- There is another bookable vacation rental next door, with a shared fire pit and connected driveway; other travelers may be present during your stay
- If you choose to use the community amenities, you can pay the amenity fee to the Blue Lake Springs Homeowners Association recreational facilities (2 miles away). Individual passes cost $30 daily, $50 for 3 days, or $100 weekly. Groups (up to 6) cost $100 daily, $250 for 3 days, or $400 weekly
- The community outdoor pool is available seasonally from May 22nd to Labor Day. The restaurant and tennis/pickleball courts are available year-round. The remaining community amenities are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day
- The property may not be suitable for younger children due to the steep stairs
