The apartment is air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere even during the hot summer days. The bright living area opens onto a balcony offering a spectacular view of the iconic Hôtel du Palais and the grand beach of Biarritz. Imagine savoring your morning coffee or an aperitif while admiring the sunset over the ocean!

On the upper floor, you will find the sleeping area, consisting of a spacious and comfortable master bedroom. The main bedroom, with its king-size bed, is a true cocoon of serenity, perfect for restful nights. The second bedroom, ideal for children or guests, is equipped with twin beds. Both bedrooms benefit from abundant natural light and offer breathtaking views of the Orthodox chapel. The modern bathroom, elegantly designed, features a walk-in shower and all the essentials for your comfort. A separate toilet is also available, adding to the practicality of this space.
