Cozy and well-located apartment, accommodates up to 6 people, first floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, bathroom, parking for 1 car. 24-hour concierge service. We provide bed linens and towels. We do not have air conditioning, only fans. To access the Wi-Fi network, point your cell phone camera at the QR code next to the modem; if you prefer, it will be written on the back of the QR code. Smoking is prohibited; we have an integrated smoke detector. Pets are prohibited. Located in the South region with easy access to the city center, near Uberlândia Shopping, Sam's Club, Bahamas Supermarket. Parque Una, Complexo Hospitalar UMC and Setor Universitário, also close to Castelli events, Palácio de Cristal and Parque de Exposição Camaru. Free parking (1 space), 110V voltage and Wi-Fi. The space: Modern living room with comfortable sofa, 42" Smart TV, apps for you to log in and enjoy your movies and series. Table with four comfortable chairs, fan and broadband internet. Bedroom with QUEEN double bed, comfortable bedding, nightstand, pillows, sheets and blankets, has a closet to help you organize your clothes with a sideboard to accommodate your luggage. Pleasant lighting and a ceiling fan with remote control. We provide an ironing board and iron. Single room with 2 beds, nightstands to support your belongings, comfortable bedding, pillows, sheets and blankets, also a A closet to help you organize your clothes and a luggage rack. A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, water filter, and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals or enjoy a pizza. If needed, we have a washing machine and clothesline (soap and fabric softener will be under the sink for your use). The bathroom has a shower with excellent water pressure and nice and warm. Guest access: After booking Once confirmed, it becomes necessary to send in advance and mandatorily an official, recognized photo ID for all guests who will be part of the stay, as well as the car details (license plate, color, etc.) if the parking space is being used. These are condominium rules to ensure the safety of everyone involved. Access is granted by the doormen, so there are no problems for those who need to arrive in the early morning! There is a reception area in the condominium that will briefly confirm guest information and register facial biometrics to allow access. Our apartment has a digital lock with password access (Self check-in); you will receive the password before arrival. The condominium is very secure and monitored. Outside, there are vending machines with chocolates, snacks, and sodas available 24 hours a day to meet quick needs, a leisure area with toys, courts, barbecue grills, and a playground – spaces for use. Shared. Other observations: Here is some information/rules for the apartment and the building to ensure a peaceful stay: Do not place any objects on the windowsills. Parties, events, and receiving visitors are not allowed. Uber and iFood delivery services are not permitted; orders must be picked up directly at the reception.
