BATHROOMS: 2 full sized bathrooms, one located within master bedroom, second located next to second bedroom BACKYARD: Relax in Florida's sunshine in our private and fully fenced in backyard. Comfy outdoor couch and patio chairs provided. **Charcoal grill and utensils are provided -- guests must bring their own charcoal. The grill cannot be moved as it is placed away from the house to prevent fire. KITCHEN: Our kitchen is spacious and open concept so you aren't missing out on making memories while whipping up meals. Plenty of countertop space for both prepping and preparing meals. Kitchen has been fully stocked and has brand new appliances, we have also provided a toaster and coffee machine. All dishes and dining ware have been included such as plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. Wine glasses also provided. Large dining table seats up to 6. Perfect place for family meals or playing a family board game. LIVING ROOM: Wind down with a movie with our large smart TV (cable not included) and easily sign in to your favorite streaming apps. Perfect for a family beach day, nature trails, and a ferry ride to secluded Caladesi Island.• Downtown Dunedin – Explore charming shops, waterfront views, breweries, and great local dining.• Clearwater Beach – 30 minutes away with sugar-white sand, stunning sunsets, and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium for dolphin encounters.• Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks – Just 15 minutes away. Walk the historic Greek village, enjoy authentic Greek food, and explore unique boutiques and boat tours.• Innisbrook Golf Resort – Home of the PGA Valspar Championship. THINGS TO NOTE:**NO SMOKING INSIDE RESIDENCE** Please refrain from smoking inside home. Any evidence of smoking will result in fee to cover odor removal. **SECURITY CAMERAS** We take your safety seriously. There is a ring doorbell as well as exterior cameras at the garage entrance. No cameras are in interior or facing interior. **QUIET HOURS**We ask that guests respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM per city ordinance. **PARTIES** We do not allow parties at our property regardless of time of day. Your reservation will be canceled immediately without refund. We thank you for your understanding. **FLORIDA WILDLIFE** Welcome to beautiful Florida-with that comes our beautiful wildlife! This includes plenty of bugs and critters like spiders, snakes, lizards, armadillos, raccoons, mosquitoes, tortoises, palmetto bugs and more. Our number 1 tip to avoiding wildlife is being diligent in keeping doors and windows closed. We have pest control in place, but our outdoor friends still sometimes find a way. We do not give refunds for animals/bugs found in or outside the residence. **FLORIDA WEATHER** Much to our dismay we cannot control the weather. Florida weather can be volatile and change drastically, we do not permit cancellations due to weather changes/delays either prior to or during your stay. Hurricanes or inclement weather may cause parts of property to be closed due to necessary repairs. We recommend purchasing travels insurance for this instance. **GRILLING** A charcoal grill has been provided in the backyard! Guests must provide their own charcoal, and the grill must not be moved. It is placed away from the house to prevent fire hazards.
