The detached holiday home, renovated in 2024, is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is located in the village centre, near the old town. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet, sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly, historic and romantic accommodation. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, fire pit and courtyard. Surveillance cameras in outdoor areas.

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 150 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room as intersecting room and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, lounge and TV. Bedroom 35 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed and TV. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom 30 sqm and with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed at folding bed and 1 baby bed and TV. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen 29 sqm and with electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (245 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler, washing machine and dryer. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Bathroom 7 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, Wii, baby bed, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.
