Near Cascais is the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a lush redoubt well worth a visit, as is the Boca do Inferno, where the sea batters the coast in a spectacular manner.
Several bus stops are available in the surrounding area, providing connections to different parts of Cascais.
The immediate neighbourhood is easy to explore on foot. Casa da Guia and Farol da Guia are only a few minutes away, and the nearby coastal promenade is ideal for walking or running along the Atlantic.
