→ Building
The flat is located on the second floor of a building with elevator.
It is ideal for couples, families or groups of friends looking to explore Cascais, with all the main attractions just a few minutes away.
The apartment is located in an old building, whose plumbing sometimes has a characteristic odor, so we recommend that the space is properly ventilated during your stay.
→ Bedrooms
The flat has three bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, one with a single bed (convertible into a double bed) and the other with two single beds.
→ Bathrooms
The flat has two bathrooms, one with bath and shower and another with shower only.
→ Living room
The Living Room is spacious, with flat screen TV, dining table for 6 people and a bright balcony, ideal to relax and enjoy the sunlight.
→ Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, iron, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included).
→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:
- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
- Late Check-Out Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.
- Early Check-In Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.
CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:
- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.
OTHER RULES.:
- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.

- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
