- Bedroom with a double bed on the first floor, closet
- Children’s room on the lower level: bunk bed and single bed, dresser, (window at ground level overlooking a flower bed)
- Bathroom in the basement: with shower (step-in height approx. 20 cm) and toilet
- Washing machine and dryer are in the basement (1,-€ per load)
- No parking at the house; island parking
- Wi-Fi available
- Bike racks: 2 in the basement and outside
- Dogs are allowed for an additional fee
