The large furnished deck, private hot tub, fire table, grill and yard offer a peaceful outdoor haven among the Ponderosa Pines on a quiet cul-de-sac. Inside, enjoy cozy seating, two wood-burning fireplaces, foosball, Ping-Pong, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and plenty of games, puzzles and books to keep all entertained.
The modern kitchen, equipped with a Viking stovetop and oven, is fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials to make it easy for guests to cook and enjoy their homemade favorites at the extended dining table or the outdoor tables on the deck.
A highlight of this home is the onsite EV charger, available to guests to conveniently charge their vehicles at the house. Washing and drying machines offer another comfort of home for guest use. A large desk in Bedroom 1 creates an option to work from home, as needed.
On the Ranch, guests have access to resort amenities including miles of trails for walking or biking, 5 Shared Pools, Tennis and Pickleball courts, 2 Golf Courses, plus Fitness Center, and paddle board, kayak, canoe, bike and cross country ski rentals.
