Likes: The room was large, attractive and clean and I really liked the floor pattern. The air conditioner worked well. There were nice shutters. The room had a great makeup mirror with a large counter that was separate from the toilet and shower (which worked well). There was a large full-length mirror and refrigerator. The parking lot seemed safe because it was semi enclosed. No bugs noted.
Dislikes: Missing amenities, like there was no remote for the tv, no hangers in the closet, no washrags or kleenex, and the bottom sheet didn't fit the bed well. Also, would have been nice if there were more pillows. I would have preferred an extra lock on the door that flips over.
Front Desk: Peter seemed nice but was hard to hear because of the thick glass partition and traffic on PCH. Overall, we would stay there again because it is close to where I wanted to be and seemed clean and safe.

They don’t have irons, or blow dryers. They don’t give enough towels and there isn’t a front desk person. There was some crumbs left on the bed. I also saw 2 spiders in the restroom .
