Booked Room here billed as air conditioned rooms
Check in after a long hot days work and find air conditioning is completely inoperative and I have been allocated what was basically an attic room where the midsummet sun beats down on tje roof all day long.
Temperatures in Room Completely Unbearable.
Staff couldn't do anything about it other than offer a tiny 12" Fan to move the hot air around a bit, and tell me to contact the Booking Site (Agoda.)
Tried to contact Agoda, but all revolved around on line "bot"messaging and still waiting forva response.
Worst of it is that since I left it late to book accomodation this week and had to change hotels twice during the week due to lack of availability for the whole week, I decided to book in early for next week time through a different site, before I had checked in this time, and since nothing has been done to sort the air conditioning, will be stuck with unbearably hot room next week, again having pre-paid for an air conditioned room.
