Welcome to The Prairiehaven. Our Charming 4 bedroom house in Overland Park accomodates up to 16 guest. Your cozy home away from home is packed full of amenities for your entire family / group to enjoy. Pull up a chair around the Fire Pit to share stories and stare at the stars. Relax in the Hot Tub or Sauna while the kids enjoy playing in their own private Arcade! We offer multiple Video Games, Ski Ball, Foosball, PlayStation 5 and an Old-fashioned Popcorn machine. Enjoy more competition and family fun in our gameroom! Play a challenging game of Pool or test your skills competing on our Shuffleboard table. We also offer a playground,basketball goal, natural gas BBQ grill,outdoor dinning tables for up to 16 people and a 120-inch movie projector (seasonal).

Perfect is a tough standard to reach, but this was as close as I’ve seen. The property owner initiated almost all the communication and was on top of everything. The attention to detail on the house was magnificent. One of the people in my party is in the business of preparing houses to be shown and he couldn’t stop raving about how well the house was put together. I can’t see any of my group that will ever stay anywhere else while being in the Kansas City area

This home was terrific. The neighborhood was beautiful. We loved the backyard with the fire pit, hot tub, sauna, and sitting areas. The house was clean and very cozy. Our host Tim was excellent, always quick to respond, and gave us great ideas of things to do in the area. We would stay there again for sure. Loved the home!

Great place to stay! Clean, lots of amenities, excellent communication from the hosts, and a great neighborhood. If I ever need a spot in OP again, I’ll be coming back!

This house was the perfect house for our family. The 2 gaming rooms entertained not only the kids but adults too. The backyard was beautiful with a great fire pit, a hot tub and a swing set. The bedrooms were great size. The kids room with the bunk beds was especially cute with some toys and books for little ones. Hyvee and Target are near by and easy to get to. We would absolutely rent this house again if we are in the area.
