About this apartment rental
Wake up in this airy condo and you`ll know you found paradise. Just a few minutes walk to a gated beach access will find you on the beautiful, white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. If you need more than water to enjoy a vacation, we are within walking distance from many highly-rated restaurants and a short drive from the Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, Grand Boulevard, and the Village of Baytowne Wharf.
When you walk in the door, you`re greeted with an airy, bright, and clean space. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to make breakfast with coffee, pack a picnic for the beach, or prepare dinner. With open shelving, light butcherblock countertops, and bar seating for four, your time spent in the kitchen will be almost as enjoyable as your time spent on the beach!
For those who don`t want to spend your vacation in the kitchen, right next door is the highly rated Royal Palme Grille and a five to ten minute walk in either direction on Scenic 98 will take you to The Surf Hut or The Whale’s Tail. After a long day, get a refreshing night sleep in the upstairs loft bedroom with our queen size Tempur-Pedic mattress and foam pillows. In our updated bathroom, you will find plush towels, plenty of storage to stash your toiletries and a clean, bright space to prepare yourself for a nice dinner.
Some of our other amenities include an in-house washer and dryer, free parking for two cars, and a 65” SmartTV with Chromecast, Netflix, Hulu, and satellite TV. You will have the entire space to yourself - we will provide you with a door code prior the morning of your arrival. We will be available 24/7 via text or call for help with any emergencies or if you need information.

Our location places you right across from the beautiful sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. A quick three-minute walk across Scenic 98 will take you to the private, gated beach access. Before hitting the surf, you can grab a drink at the Beach Bar a couple steps from the gate.
Unfortunately, we are NOT pet friendly. If you will be brining a service animal. you must let us know ahead of time so we can have you fill out a Service Animal Registration Form. If you bring a service animal without letting us know, you may be asked to leave.
A service animal registration form is required if you will be brining a service animal. Please let us know so we can have you fill this out prior to your stay with us.

Host was great and easy to communicate with! Had a great app that had all of the information for the condo and the local area! Was great to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas. Hoping the schedule allows me to stay again in the future.

We come to the area twice a year, and would book this unit again. If you like close proximity to the beach and a bungalow feel, this might be for you. Great area in Miramar. Great sidewalks to go for long walks if you don’t want to walk right on the beach. Walking distance to Kilwin’s ice cream, restaurants, and beach bars. The kitchen was great—fully stocked with everything we needed. The bathroom was spacious, clean, good water pressure, and the host had nice shower gels and shampoos available for use. Plenty of towels, but might consider adding some wash cloths. (Not an issue though). SUPER comfy sectional in the living room! We loved that! Comfy bed upstairs, super cute loft area for sleeping. Carpet on stairs is a little worn, but not an issue. At a beach unit, that’s gonna happen to carpet fast. No more carpet in cabin. Great laundry room with ironing board, laundry detergents, and hanging spaces. The Sea Cabins are older condos, so it has an older feel which we liked—very relaxed. Older feel but with all the modern amenities like smart tv’s WiFi, keyless entry. Host was listening speed in responding to our questions! Very impressive and helpful. Pool is very nice—much nicer than pics appear. We used it a few times too!

We have stayed in the Sea Cabins for 8 years now. We love the private beach access and ease of location and parking. We do wish they would allow golf carts or scooter rentals on property as this used to be a highlight of our trip and allows ease of scooting around to local shops and diners. This unit was VERY nice and the owner was FABULOUS. Great and timely communication! We loved the decor and the extra amenities. We will always stay at the Sea Cabins and will strongly consider this unit again.

Great place for a week away for spring break. Loved the private beach! The heated pool allowed us to enjoy some water when the double red flags were preventing us from getting in the ocean. Accommodations provided all we needed to make meals at the sea cabin! Washer and dryer were wonderful to have in the unit!
