-Guests have full access to property except for crawlspace and owners closet.
-This cabin has a septic system, please only flush the provided toilet paper down the toilet. Also, all food scraps, coffee grounds, cooking oils, etc. should be thrown away and not washed down the kitchen sink drain.
-Pest control is provided for the cabin, but you may still encounter insects or other wildlife on the property.
-All trash must be stored in the cabin or in the bear box by the porch. Do not leave any food outside or in vehicles where bears could smell it.
-It is not uncommon for there to be power outages, but they are usually short lived. This cabin does not have a generator.
-Requests to book are agreements to accept full responsibility and liability and to use all amenities safely and responsibly.
