The entrance opens onto a large living room facing south, with a lounge area and connected TV, where you will have access to the terrace, ideal for meals or moments of relaxation facing the Mediterranean. The open kitchen, fully equipped, extends the living space. The master bedroom also enjoys a sea view and a king size bed (180x200cm). It has its own ensuite shower room. On the other side of the apartment, a second bedroom equipped with a sofa bed (140x190cm) opens onto a north facing loggia. An additional shower room with toilet completes this space. A private outdoor parking space is available. ACCESS TO PROPERTY From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8.From Cannes station: 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes by foot. Need a transfer?
