You will enjoy the softness of the southern light, the meals on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean and the quiet of a residential area just minutes from the heart of Cannes.MAIN OUTCOMES - Panoramic sea view - Residence with guardian - Terrace with dining area and outdoor lounge - Fully equipped open kitchen - Reversible air conditioning - WiFi included - Private parking space HOUSING Located on the first floor of a quiet and well maintained residence, this crossing apartment offers comfort and beautiful light throughout the day. The entrance opens onto a large living room facing south, with a lounge area and connected TV, where you will have access to the terrace, ideal for meals or moments of relaxation facing the Mediterranean. The open kitchen, fully equipped, extends the living space. The master bedroom also enjoys a sea view and a king size bed (180x200cm). It has its own ensuite shower room. On the other side of the apartment, a second bedroom equipped with a sofa bed (140x190cm) opens onto a north facing loggia. An additional shower room with toilet completes this space. A private outdoor parking space is available. ACCESS TO PROPERTY From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8.From Cannes station: 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes by foot. Need a transfer? Our concierge service can handle this for you. AFFAIRS The apartment is located above Boulevard du Midi, which runs along the sea and leads you straight to the centre of Cannes or Mandelieu. - Palais des Festivals et des Congrès: about 6 minutes by car from the residence - Boulevard de la Croisette: 7 minutes by car or 30 minutes walk by the beaches of Midi to reach the shopping area and the palaces along the seafront - Beaches: 5 minutes walk to reach the public beaches and the private beaches of Boulevard du Midi - Port Pierre Canto / small ports: walk along the docks and restaurants on the waterfront 6 minutes by car. Ideal for boarding or booking an exit at sea - Antibes Street (shopping): 8 minutes by car, central shopping street, cafes and shops - Forville Market: covered market for fresh produce and local specialities, about 8 minutes by car - Boarding to the islands of Lérins: access to the Laubeuf wharf is fast, 5 minutes by car or 25-30 minutes by foot; the crossing to Sainte-Marguerite or Saint-Honorat takes about fifteen minutes Nearby amenities and services: bakeries, fine grocery stores, cafes and restaurants in a 15-minute walking circle.
