The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, and residential, ideal for couples, families, and guests looking to unwind while still being close to everything.



Within walking distance you’ll find beaches, beach bars (chiringuitos), cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and local shops. La Cala’s beachfront promenade is perfect for morning walks, cycling, or sunset strolls along the sea.



The area offers a great balance between authentic Spanish village life and modern conveniences, with weekly markets, local events, and excellent dining options. Golf courses, hiking paths, and coastal walks are all nearby.

La Cala de Mijas is well connected:

10–15 minutes to Fuengirola

A car is useful for exploring the wider Costa del Sol, but daily needs can easily be reached on foot.

Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.
