The space
A serene oceanfront haven designed for families and friends seeking connection, comfort, and nature.
With 7 sleeping spaces, a private pool, daily housekeeping, and ocean views from nearly every corner, this is the perfect home to gather, relax, and enjoy time together.
🛏️ Room Layout – Main House
Bedroom 1 (Brick Dome): King bed, en suite bathroom, pool and ocean view.
Bedroom 2 (Master): King bed, en suite bathroom, pool and ocean views.
Bedroom 3: King bed, en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Two queen beds, en suite bathroom.
Sleeping Area 5: TV room that converts into a Queen bed room next to a half-bath.
All bedrooms include A/C and ceiling fans.
🏡 Guesthouse (La Casita)
Bedrooms 6 & 7: Each with a full-size bed and a shared bathroom.
Includes a small kitchenette and lounge area.
Both rooms have A/C and fans.

Located in Rancho Neptuno, a private and secure area just 30 minutes from the Puerto Escondido airport and 15 minutes from La Punta Zicatela.

Available for small events at an additional cost.
