Tigers GameDay Escape was designed to feel calm, comfortable, and intentional — a place where you can settle in and actually enjoy being together, not just sleep between plans. The home is modern and light-filled, with clean architectural lines and an open layout that feels welcoming the moment you arrive.
Touches of black and gold throughout the home subtly nod to Mizzou without feeling themed or loud. It’s a quiet confidence — intentional, warm, and connected to why most guests come to Columbia.
One of the home’s most memorable features is a hidden spiral staircase tucked off a bonus space, leading up to a private upstairs balcony. It’s an unexpected architectural detail that many guests love discovering — a quiet spot that feels slightly removed from the rest of the house.

The home includes three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, well suited for parents visiting students, alumni weekends, game days, conference guests, and medical stays:

I was nervous to rent without many reviews, but this property was exactly as depicted in the pictures. The house is impeccably clean, full of light and windows, comfortable beds, and in a perfect location close to campus The treed private treed back yard and patio was a great place to breathe and rest after fun with our girls. It was the perfect house for Mom's weekend.
