At the same time, Solingen, Leichlingen, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Wuppertal and the A3 and A46 motorways are easy to reach. This makes the apartment a convenient base for private stays, family visits, weddings, weekend trips, business assignments or trade fair visits in the region.
The apartment has a separate entrance and is available to you for your exclusive use. It offers two separate bedrooms with double beds, a cozy living area with Smart TV and game console, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a large roof terrace overlooking greenery.
