The house combines modern comfort with a cozy atmosphere: a pellet stove provides cozy warmth, infrared heaters in the bathroom and bedrooms ensure pleasant temperatures, and open, tastefully furnished rooms create a homey feeling.

Dense forests, meadows, and idyllic hiking trails stretch out all around “Waldmarie,” inviting you to go for walks, bike rides, or winter hikes. Numerous attractions are nearby: the Bavarian Forest National Park, with its many hiking trails, wildlife enclosures, a treetop walk, swimming lakes, indoor pools, and thermal baths, offers something for everyone, young and old.
In winter, ski resorts such as Mitterdorf, the Großer Arber, and the Schlittenberg—with its ski lift in Langfurth—attract visitors with skiing, sledding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing.
