Designed to host up to 16 guests, it offers spacious living, modern comfort, and resort-style convenience. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a game room, beautifully decorated bedrooms, a relaxing BBQ area, and a beautiful pool—perfect after exciting days at nearby world-famous theme parks.

• The pool heat is NOT included in your stay
• Pool heat fee: $35/day (taxes not included)
• Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-day advance notice
• Note: It takes 24 hours for the water to be heated
• Pool size: 24' x 12'
It is necessary for you to make sure of your children’s safety which includes supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

• Summer kitchen, located in the pool area
• Price for the usage of the grill is $100
• We do not offer any BBQ Grill utensils
• Grill will be locked, and can only be unlocked once the payment is complete
• A penalty fee of $250 will apply for any damages caused by the bad usage of the grill
