The home is in a prime location. Just a short walk north brings you to the McKinney Shores private beach, pier, and picnic area. The West Shore bike trail is also right at the end of the driveway, making it easy to explore nearby beaches, shops, and restaurants. This home is also close to 3 ski resorts for your winter activities.
Inside, the home features walnut flooring, warm knotty pine, vaulted ceilings, and a large open-concept kitchen and living area with sweeping lake views. A grand stone fireplace creates a cozy space in the winter, while the hot tub is perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
Outdoor living is just as inviting with a covered second-story deck overlooking the lake and a lower deck ideal for games and gatherings. Storage is abundant, including a heated ski closet at the front door to keep winter gear warm and dry.

Summer guests can enjoy hiking, biking, and endless water activities right outside the door.
Parking: There is parking available in the driveway for 4 cars. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance. Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months
