Located in a secure and friendly residence on the edge of the forest, you will enjoy a peaceful and green environment, lulled by birdsong when you wake up.
Carefully decorated in a friendly and colourful style, this accommodation offers all the comforts you need for a successful holiday in Arcachon Bay.

The duplex comprises:
A bright living room with a comfortable lounge area, television and dining area.
A fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.
A mezzanine accessible by ladder/stairs, ideal for sleeping
A light-filled veranda, furnished as a living/dining room, opening onto the garden
Direct access to the outside, perfect for enjoying sunny days
A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and wardrobe
A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
A separate toilet
The whole creates a calm, warm and functional atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The accommodation is equipped with a reversible heat pump, providing heating in winter and air conditioning in summer.
