Enjoy Chihuahua—whether you’re here for work or a visit—during your next stay with us.
Located in the northern part of the city, very close to the University Stadium, 5 minutes from the Industrial Complex, 10 minutes from District 1, and 2 minutes from Alsuper Plus, Walmart, and Sam’s. Very close to paddle tennis and racquetball courts, as well as gyms. It’s also close to all kinds of local eateries and shopping malls.
The house features an electric garage that fits one small car and two outdoor parking spaces, two bedrooms with TVs that can accommodate up to 5 people, a hydropneumatic water system that provides water 24 hours a day with excellent pressure, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the master bedroom has a streaming service (Fire TV). It features a full bathroom, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with a clothesline (the washer and dryer are available for stays longer than 15 days). It also has air conditioning, a space heater, and—very importantly—a charcoal grill. Remember, these are in Chihuahua!!!!
