Welcome to Villa Tria Quercus, your stylish and comfortable home-away-from-home in the heart of Vodice! Nestled amidst lush greenery and just a short walk from the town’s vibrant promenade and seaside, this spacious villa is perfect for families, groups, or couples looking for relaxation, comfort, and a touch of luxury.
On the ground floor of the house, you’ll find a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room, along with a modern bathroom and a separate laundry area with a washing machine. In the living area, a comfortable sofa easily converts into two single beds (90×200 cm). This entire level is wheelchair accessible, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
The private garden is surrounded by lush greenery and features a large terrace. A barbecue is tucked into a shaded corner, ideal for relaxed outdoor cooking. Part of the terrace is covered, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors even on rainy days.
In the basement, guests can take advantage of a mini gym for a quick workout and unwind in the sauna, followed by a refreshing shower in the adjacent bathroom. For entertainment, both children and adults can enjoy gaming on the PlayStation 5. There is also a sofa bed here that comfortably accommodates two additional guests.
For ultimate relaxation, head up to the rooftop terrace, where a private pool and sun deck await. Two sun loungers by the pool offer beautiful sea views, while additional loungers are placed beneath a pergola for those who prefer shade. A wine fridge at the terrace entrance ensures your drinks are perfectly chilled as you soak up the sun.
