This level also features a bedroom with a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom, along with a separate toilet, offering both comfort and convenience. The first floor provides a second spacious bedroom with a double bed, an additional bathroom with a shower and toilet, and another separate toilet, ensuring excellent privacy and flexibility for all guests.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating, as well as internet access, a washing machine and dryer, making it perfectly suited for longer stays. Step outside onto the private terrace furnished with garden furniture, where you can relax after beach days or enjoy meals in the open air.
