Tucked away on a serene, one-acre flat lot, the guest house of this beautifully updated mountain retreat offers the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and adventure for your next vacation. This listing is for the guest house only.
The guest house is equipped with a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, and Keurig. In the main area, there is a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a living area with a flatscreen smart TV, as well as a dining table with seating for four. With major closet space and a workshop attached, it's the perfect getaway. Step outside to relax on the large deck, surrounded by nature and frequent visits from local wildlife

KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, Keurig coffeemaker.
INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen TV.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck in between homes.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Double Pines Escape is 9 minutes (3.3 miles) from the ski base area, and 4 minutes (0.9 miles) from the Angel Fire Resort Country Club.
PARKING: You may park up to two vehicles in the driveway when renting the guest house.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.
The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.
WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
