Our boardinghouse is conveniently located in the NINO Business Park in Nordhorn and offers a new, forward-thinking approach to lodging.
The boarding house concept—combining the best of both a home and a hotel—is underscored by its elegant, urban, and functional design. It offers an interesting alternative without having to forego hotel services such as towels, bed linens, etc.
Café NINO in the main building and the inclusive bistro MahlZeit! offer you a delicious lunch menu and other culinary delights.
Thanks to its proximity to downtown Nordhorn, with its numerous shops and restaurants, there are plenty of options for leisure activities. These range from shopping to relaxing boat tours on the Vechte River and Lake Vechtesee. The train station is within walking distance. A well-developed network of bike and hiking trails invites you to explore the surrounding area or visit our Dutch neighbors. The Denekamp border crossing is located in the immediate vicinity of Nordhorn.

Welcome to the NINO Boardinghouse 2!
The apartment is innovatively furnished with attention to detail and offers comfortable accommodations for up to 2 people. An elevator is available.
With 27 m² of space, it features a kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave with a grill function, a coffee maker, a hand blender, and plenty of cooking utensils to allow you to prepare your own meals—from breakfast to a midday snack to dinner.
The table in the dining area, which comes with two chairs, is multifunctional and, thanks to its technical features, can also be used as a desk. Of course, the apartments feature free internet access, an internet-enabled smart TV, and a Bluetooth radio.
The 1.40-meter-wide box-spring bed in the sleeping area offers the highest level of sleeping comfort. The coat rack in the entryway and the wardrobe, as well as the cozy sitting area with an armchair and ottoman, round out the furnishings.
This functional, elegant design continues in the bathroom with a walk-in shower. A vanity cabinet, mirror, hair dryer, and soap dispenser are also part of the standard furnishings.

On the 3rd floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The room is accessible with your room key. Residents may use it—for a fee—between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
